Pastel Colors For Good Friday!!!

My Good Friday outfit was very fresh and chic! I wore my leopard peach pants, t-shirt, lilac blazer, pumps, and ready I was to enjoyed my spring break.  I had so much fun with my husband. I enjoyed this four days off and each other company.  Hope you guys had a good Easter, I found lots easter eggs :)

Mi vestuario del Viernes Santo fue algo fresco y chic!  Use mis pantalones leopardo color durazno, playera, blazer lila, zapatillas, y lista estaba para disfrutar mi semana santa.  Mi esposo y yo nos divertimos muchísimo de nuestros cuatro dias de vacaciones y de las aventuras que hicimos. Espero ustedes ayan tenido un lindo dia de Pascua, yo encontre muchos huevitos :)

Simple & Sassy

That was my Sunday afternoon outfit.  A print blouse, pants, pumps and a trench coat, nothing complicated! 
A side note: What's wrong with a woman liking shopping? Is it wrong to buy new things every weekend?  Should someone needs to put a stop into this? Just so you know my husband and I had some discussion regarding my "bad habit" of shopping.  He things I'm getting obsess on buying clothing, shoes or anything every weekend.  But we have no kids, we are paying off the bills, I'm buying things on cash, is not like I'm using credit cards and getting debt! He things is just too much vanity I have.  That I must have the latest things in the market and I never get satisfy.  But I'm sure I'm not the only woman out there who has the need of wanting, buying, and desiring new things. I don't see nothing wrong on buying things, I thinks is part of a being a woman.  I understand that there are others that are not so girly and don't mind having the same outfit but I was born having that extra touch of being feminine,  classy, girly and the love of shopping. 
We ended up with an arrangement, was to either don't go to shopping centers for a hold month or visit the shopping centers BUT don't buying anything, nada for myself; not even a chap-stick for a full month! Those were the options, and of curse I don't like neither but I must negotiate! 
Up till now, I'm still thinking about which one I'll pick and what would I get back ;) 
Este fue mi vestuario por la tarde del domingo.  Una blusa con estampado, pantalones, zapatillas y un abrigo, nada complicado! NOTA: Que de malo ay que una mujer le guste ir de compras? que tiene de malo que cada fin de semana compre cosas nuevas? Alguien tiene que poner un alto a esto? Para que sepan, mi esposo y yo tuvimos una platica sobre este "mal habito" de las compras.  El piensa que estoy obsesionada en comprar ropa, zapatos, bolsos, o lo que sea, cada fin de semana.  No veo nada de malo, ademas no tenemos hijos, estamos pagando las cuentas, compro en efectivo, no es que compre y use tarjetas de crédito y me este endeudando!  Piensa que soy muy vanidosa. Que tengo que tener lo ultimo del mercado y nunca estoy satisfecha.  A un que estoy segura que no soy la única mujer que tenga las necesidades de querer, comprar y desear cosas nuevas.  No creo que sea malo en comprar, eso es parte de ser mujer.   Entiendo que ay otras que no son tan 'girly' , y no les importa usar el mismo vestuario, pero yo nací con un toque extra de ser femenina, clásica, delicada y con el encanto a las compras. 
Terminamos en un arreglo, ya sea de no ir a ningún centro comercial por todo un mes o visitar los centros comerciales PERO no comprar nada, ni un brillo de labios por todo un mes!  Esas son las opciones, y por supuesto que no me gusta ninguna pero tendré que negociar!  Por ahora estoy pensando cual escogeré y cual será mi premio de regreso ;)

Daily Inspiration

We often fall into this

When I was a pre-teen girl, I loved watching the older girls rolled skate.  I wanted to be as good as they were, dance to the rhythm of music, twirled, skate backwards and show-off myself to others.  I begged my mom to buy me a pair of roller skates and to pay for summer lessons.  I was so excited when I started, but I was terrible. I spent most of the time on the floor, left the place with bruises, pain but I kept on trying.  Even after the lessons I would putted on my skates and practice on the sidewalk.  I wanted to show my friends my little improvements. The summer lessons finished and I felt terrible, I was disappointed of myself.  The problem was that I always compared myself to the older girls.  It was so frustrating because I couldn't get to their level.  So I gave up for a good amount of time.

The other girls practice for years, and here I was blaming my terrible skills on inability, when I had not put in the time.

"It's easy to forget that everyone has to put time, experience, mistakes, pain, before they find success.  A person may make their achievements look effortless, but that is hardly even the case.

Don't forget, that at one point, everyone sucked.  And everyone will be terrible when they first start.  That's the beauty of trying new things, we get to grow!"

B&W Floral Dress

My Outfit of the day :) This silk black and white floral dress is part of the Prubal Gurung design that associated with Target for their spring collection.  Early January this collection was on stores and people were going crazy on buying it.  The colors, floral print, and fabric is so attractive and it was hard not to say no to these pieces.  Their prices were dissent, but since it was the middle of winter I decided to wait on the purchased and for the sale sign ;)  I got this dress 30%off the regular price and there weren't many left so I think I was smart on making this moved. I saved a few bucks, that's always great!

So this is what I wore for church this morning and since is a trend, I decided to go all black and white displaying my new handbag that my husband got me on his trip. Hope you enjoy your weekend!!

Mi vestuario de la mañana :) Este vestido floreado de blanco y negro fue parte de los diseños de la marca Prubal Gurung que se asocio con Targe para la colección de primavera. A principios de Enero esta collection de marca estaba en las tiendas y tuvo mucha demanda.  Los colores, estampado florales y tela son atractivos y era difícil pasarlo por alto y no comprarlo.  Los precios eran decentes y como estábamos a mediados del invierno decidi esperar a que pasara un poco el frio y el anuncio de especial ;)  Lo compre con un 30% de descuento y no havia mucho al que escoger, creo que valió la pena esperar para ahorrarme unos cuantos dolares. 

Esto fue lo que use esta mañana para la iglesia y como estos colores están a la  moda, decidí usar mi bolso nuevo de blanco con negro que mi esposo me trajo de su viaje.  Espero tengas un lindo fin de semana!!

Blue Coat

                                                                                                                     Now that spring is officially here, I'm looking forward on spending more outside time.  Seek the sun, afternoon walks, enjoy nature and street jogging.  But unfortunately it might take a few more days for that, because it still looks and feels like winter up here :/  Second day of spring and we have snow and it would continue snowing all day, ugh.... About the outfit, I so much like this blue coat and all the zippers that contains :) Here I am displaying this coat with tights, pumps, bags and accessories.  Now that my husband is back in town that night we decided to go out for dinner!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Ahora que oficialmente tenemos la primavera, mi deseo es de pasar mas tiempo afuera.  Salir al sol, tomar caminatas por la tarde, disfrutar de la naturaleza, y correr por las calles, pero no por loca si no correr en hacer ejercicio jaj.  Pero desafortunadamente tendré que esperar unos cuantos días mas para eso porque por acá se ve y se siente invierno todavía :/ Segundo dia de primavera, tenemos nieve y nevara todo el dia... Sobre el vestuario, yo encantada con este abrigo azul y todos los zipers que contiene :) Aquí te muestro este abrigo, medias, zapatos con accesorios que use para esa tarde.  Ahora que mi esposo ya esta regreso a la ciudad, decidimos salir a cenar juntos!
